7. Shipping Policy
Orders within the continental United States are generally shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight where available. International orders are typically shipped through FedEx International Priority.
Delivery schedules depend on carrier performance and destination location. Shipping charges will be prepaid and included on the customer invoice. To maintain product integrity, Maxi Peptides, LLC may utilize dry ice packaging when necessary, which may result in additional shipping costs.
Maxi Peptides, LLC is not liable for any damage occurring during shipment.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice date for customers with approved credit terms.
9. Returns and Claims
Customers must notify Maxi Peptides, LLC in writing regarding any damage, defects, shortages, or discrepancies as soon as reasonably possible. Claims not reported within three (3) business days of product receipt will be considered accepted and approved by the customer.
All returns require prior written authorization from Maxi Peptides, LLC. Approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Maxi Peptides, LLC warrants that products meet the stated specifications and quality standards at the time of sale.
